"Alpabfahrt" Wasen and Sumiswald
Morning: The animals from the Hinterarni-Alp come down into the valley. Some of them walk to Sumiswald. The first animals can be admired at about 09.00 am in Wasen.
Early afternoon : The cattle from the Lüderen-Alp descend into the valley. In a festive and colorful parade the decorated cows walk from the alpine pastures to Sumiswald.
At about 12.45 the animals can be seen in Wasen and at about 14.00 they arrive in Sumiswald.
